Beyond an English Academy
Please adhere to the class rules to help create and enjoy a better learning environment.
1- Do not use mobile phones during the lecture and keep them on silent mode. Urgent calls can be taken outside the classroom.
2- Students are allowed to be late for a maximum of 30 minutes only twice during the course. If a student is late a third time, they will be considered absent and must continue the course at their own expense.
3- The course will be canceled if a student misses more than two classes. The student can retake the course at their own expense and will be barred from the exam.
4- Attendance rules apply to both online and offline students, with prior notification required for absences.
5- Keep the place clean, organized, and tidy.
6- Treat teachers, staff, and students with respect at all times. Complaints should be directed to the administration.
7- Smoking and consuming food or snacks are not allowed inside the classroom.
8- Only English should be spoken in the classroom.
9- Language mistakes are welcomed; please feel free to make them.
10- The passing rate is 70%, based on exam scores and attendance.
11- The course fee must be paid in advance before attending.
12- If paying in installments, it must be done in two payments: the first 50% and the second 50% within one month. For the four-level courses, it can be done in two payments: 70% first and 30% second within two months.
13- Adhere to the agreed installment payment dates, which are due at the beginning of each month.
14- Students are not allowed to attend without the course material (the book).
15- Students must maintain enrollment from the first session to the last session they are registered for.
The academy will allow students to retake the course at its expense if the student has attended, prepared as required, completed the tasks and exam, and still did not benefit from the course. This can happen up to three times.
If after three retakes the student still does not benefit, the course fee will be refunded.
The academy commits to resolving complaints and suggestions from any affiliated person, whether employee or student, within 72 hours.
Complaints or suggestions will be addressed by the relevant administrative staff, customer service, and, if necessary, the branch manager.
The academy commits to providing schedules and teachers for both online and offline courses as scheduled.
The academy will provide students with the required course material.
The academy will reschedule a class if there is an official holiday or if a class is canceled by the academy.
The academy commits to providing an exam after each level for students who meet attendance requirements.
The academy commits to starting and ending classes at the times previously agreed upon with each student.
